Features of unit
1.application of economizer
Increase the supercooling degree of liquid refrigerant and improve unit refrigerating capacity
2.reliable functional components
Adopting newly high efficiency heat exchange tube to make dry expansion evaporator and condenser with high heat transfer efficiency, so it can improve refrigerating capacity of the unit and reduce input power;
Solenoid valves, oil separators, electric components etc are all world famous brand with high quality and long service life.
3.application of environmental friendly refrigerant
Various refrigerant can be used, like HFC404A, HFC134a and so on.
4.various secondary refrigerant can be used
Glycol water solution, propanediol water solution, ethanol etc, or design the evaporator as an anti-corrosive one, so that Calcium chloride water solution can be used;
5.application of high efficiency oil separator
Reduce lubricant which flow in evaporator, so it can improve the heat transfer efficiency of evaporator.
6.application of injection technology
Injecting liquid refrigerant to the compression chamber of a compressor can reduce discharge temperature efficiently.
Hermetic scroll compressors are adopted, and the main features of the compressors are listed as follows
